Review: Gogoprint ♡

Easy online printing of your promotional material and business stationery

Nowadays there's tons of individuals and even small businesses that are searching for tools and platforms that allows them to conveniently and easily support their operations. This encompasses printing needs as well of course.
While the printing industry traditionally relies on a quite old-school business model, where you go to a printing shop, send an mail, or get on a call to order your business cards and/or flyers. I can't imagine going through so much hassle anymore especially after discovering Gogoprint!

It seems like this is changing in Southeast Asia, following developments in Europe, North-America, and Australia. Gogoprint, a start-up launched in Thailand in November 2015 and active in Malaysia and Singapore since October 2016 and February 2017 respectively, enables anybody to conveniently order print products in order to support their business. They carry a range of products which includes promotional materials such as flyers, booklets, brochures, and stickers, as well as stationery such as business cards, letterheads, etc.

I would love to share with you guys my experience with Gogoprint with a step by step how to; so I used Gogoprint to print my business cards!

Gogoprint’s website is user friendly and I love the bright colours. It does makes a very cheerful site to be on and might get addictive when you love editing or creating your masterpiece!

It is easy to find what you are looking for as all of Gogoprint’s products can be found and accessed from the product grid on the homepage, or through the dropdown menu in the website header. Clicking on one of the products leads you to that product’s dedicated page, where you can learn more details about the product, view examples of previously printed items by Gogoprint, and read reviews from previous customers. It is also on the product page where you can actually configure products according to your needs, and place them in your shopping cart.

The first thing that appears when I clicked the business cards product, is a pop-up asking me to select whether I would like to either:

1. Upload your own artwork files,
2. Use Gogoprint’s Free Design Service,
3. Personalize one of Gogoprint’s free templates right on the website.

It’s very nice to know that if you don’t have a design for your business cards (or flyers, leaflets, stickers, etc.), you can simply have it done for free by one of Gogoprint’s designers, or do it yourself on their website using one of their clean and modern templates (only available for business cards for now).

In my case, I already have an artwork file ready for my business cards, which I like, so I selected “Upload Artwork”. Let’s dive straight into the ordering process!

Step 1: Choosing your options

Depending on the product that you want to order, there are a variety of options that you can pick on order to make your products yours. Mainly, you can pick from different formats, papers, and refinements. Whenever you change your selection, prices are automatically updated in the pricelist below. I found this very convenient because it allows to immediately see the impact on prices of changing a product option.

Step 2: Browsing the pricelist and choosing quantities/delivery date

Once you’ve settled on your product options and are ready to order, you can add your product to your cart directly from the pricelist. To do that, decide on the quantity that you would like to order, and pick when you would like to receive your products. Then, just click in the pricetable right on the cell representing the combination that you want. After clicking the pricetable, a pop-up will open to choose some final product options.

At the bottom of the pop-up, you have the choice to directly add the products to your shopping cart (and upload your files once the order is placed), or to upload the files before adding to your cart.

Step 3: Upload Artwork Files

If you decide to upload your files before adding to cart, it is a breeze! After selecting and uploading your file(s), the website will then display a preview which enables you to quickly double-check if you uploaded the correct file.
Which is very important but Gogoprint made it effortlessly convenient.
Also do not fret if you decide to not order your files at this stage (because maybe they aren’t ready yet), you can do it after your order is placed, from your account dashboard.

Step 4: Checking out

Once my product are in my shopping cart (with or without artwork files), I could either add more products or just check out. Checking out was easy as all I had to do was add in my delivery and billing address; and then select one of Gogoprint’s payment options, which consist of bank transfer, credit card, or online banking transfer and tadaa, just a couple of clicks I've placed my order!

Step 5: Products Delivered

After my order has been placed, Gogoprint will then deliver it to my door step. Remember that Gogoprint delivers products all over Malaysia for free, according to the speed that you ordered. You will receive a unique tracking code which allows you to check on the status of your product delivery at any time.

To sum it all up, Gogoprint’s website is reliable, comprehensive and very user friendly. I didn’t experience a single hiccup, and it’s super convenient. You definitely have to try it out as you’ll probably be impressed by the end result! The convenience, quality and delivery speed is amazing. If you have not experience using online printing services, Gogoprint is an absolutely great choice!

So here it is! Check out the end product!

I am so in love with it - I chose a matte finishing with rounded corners on a 310g Art Card. Compared to my old name card which was too thin, Gogoprint managed to deliver at a reasonable price including delivery and the whole ordering process is very smooth! Just a couple of clicks once you know what you are ordering

Plus overall the whole interface on the website is bright, colourful, simple, straight to the point and there was no hassle at all. My business card still remains looking the same but the quality and finishing is just top notch. On top of that, their customer service is on point. I receive replies almost immediately and assistance regarding the details and such.
